Essays on Best Game OST

[En-US]
This post is dedicated to the best game songs ever made. The top 5 of the epicness.
These songs were carefully picked up after a long research and lots of intensive gameplaying.

5 - The Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past
Overworld

Even though this soundtrack may not have reached the first position, I can't even begin to describe it. You just have to feel it. The harmon-- Oh, shit. Who am I kidding? This fucking sucks. Damn Zelda and his stupid green hat. This is extremely boring. Who would even play such game?
Let's get into some real business.

4 - The Adventures of Rad Gravity
Boss Battle

Now, that's what I'm talking about. This song is pure excitement. It mixes a little Lambada, Jazz and Samba in such way that your fights during the game become a whole new and original experience. Geniuses walked among us. They created this track. They loved Lambada and they loved to fight.

3 - Wayne's World
Level 1

The movie wasn't made for kids; the game wasn't made for kids; the soundrack wasn't made for kids. The deepness of the beats and complexity of the pitching rapid tones can only be understood by a grown human being with considerable experience on all things music. It's too bad that game companies, today, don't take the songs as serious as they used to.

2 - The Terminator
The Sewers

Forget about Deus EX, forget about Mass Effect's Reaper sounds. They are all rip-offs of this revolutionary soundtrack. At the first time listening to it, you might not get what is going on and you may think it's just a regular song. Hear it all over again and you will find out that it's all but meaningless. The metallic sounds represent the imminent machine revolution. The distorted base warns us of the upcoming threat, as if simulating a human heart at death's verge. And that intro... boy, it's just epic!

1 - Bible Adventures
Noah's Ark
